Staying fit in the forties (with a desk job and kids)
My fitness journey
I am Krishna Dubba. I am 38 years old and have a desk job and two kids (one is 5 years old and the other 10 months old). Most of the trainers and fitness experts are not in this category. Fitness for them is bread and butter, not for me. I can only spend 10-12 hours a week doing exercise and thinking about fitness. This blog is my journey to stay fit in the forties. I will try to include stuff that worked and that didn’t work for me. Please do keep in mind that I am not a professional health expert.
